Cancellation Policy

Bookings: - All booking requests are made online, free of charge. - Once we receive your booking request, we will contact you directly to confirm availability. - At this stage, we will request full payment to secure your session. - Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. Payments: - Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your session. - Please note that unpaid bookings will be released after 48 hours if payment is not received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations made 7 days or more before your session will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days of your session are non-refundable. - Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days in advance. - In the unlikely event that South West Rain Room needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
