Our unique South West Rain Room is specially designed for aerialists, pole fitness performers, dancers, and models, utilising stunning artificial rain to elevate your portfolio and marketing materials. Cancellation Policy
Bookings: - All booking requests are made online, free of charge. - Once we receive your booking request, we will contact you directly to confirm availability. - At this stage, we will request full payment to secure your session. Payments: - Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your session. - Please note that unpaid bookings will be released after 48 hours if payment is not received. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment in advance. - All payments made are non-refundable. - In the event of cancellation by the client, no refund will be issued for any reason. - If the client needs to reschedule, they must provide at least 48 hours notice. - A single rescheduling is allowed without penalty; subsequent rescheduling may incur additional fees.
